FOX has pig news for National Pig Day, announcing that Season 2 of its animated comedy HouseBroken officially returns to wallow in neurotic pet laughs on Sunday, March 26 at 9:30/8:30C. The sophomore season was preceded by two back-to-back holiday specials that debuted in December.
HouseBroken is an animated series that takes an irreverent look at human behavior through the lens of animals. The animals’ search for meaning often leads them on wild adventures, far away from the cushy confines of domestic pet life.
Created by Gabrielle Allan, Jennifer Crittendon and Clea DuVall, the series stars Lisa Kudrow, Tony Hale, Will Forte, Jason Mantzoukas, Nat Faxon, Sam Richardson, Clea DuVall and Sharon Horgan. The series is produced by Kapital Entertainment and FOX Entertainment. FOX’s Bento Box Entertainment provides the animation.
To celebrate this day of porcine appreciation, here’s a look back at celebrity pet pig Max (voiced by Tony Hale) and his strained relationship with new owner, David Spade (voicing himself).
