VFX Studio JAMM Visual has just added Alex Snookes as VFX Supervisor and Compositor. Snookes joins Jamm’s Los Angeles studio from London, where he worked at top studios including ETC, The Mill, and MPC.
From helming campaigns for major brands including Instacart, Apple, and Axe, to the innovative music video Cash In Cash Out by Pharrell Williams, Snookes strives to drive the creative vision and seek out new perspectives in all his projects. Just recently, he received a VES Award nomination for Outstanding VFX in a Commercial for B&Q “Flip.”
“He is a great addition to an already super talented team,” said Senior VFX Supervisor and co-founder Jake Montgomery. “He will be able to offer our clients a beginning to end experience, from onset supervision to his creative visions behind the box, we are very excited.”
“I always aim to further my own abilities and offer more than just compositing; I want to tell the best story possible, push the craft as far as it can go and collaborate creatively to make something in which as a team we can take pride in,” stated Snookes.
