Territory Studio has announced new London headquarters, near Farringdon – a leading design district – built from the ground up to accommodate up to 200 permanent staff in support of the studio’s growing team and project roster.
The announcement comes on the heels of Territory’s recent studio launches in Munich and Barcelona and the creation of the Territory Group by the studio’s founders, David Sheldon-Hicks and Nick Glover, which kicked off with the acquisition of Cantina Creative. The cumulative moves significantly expand Territory’s capacity and production capabilities.
Tom McLoughlin, Managing Director, said, “The breadth of projects taken on by the studio over the past two years has been incredible, driving a rapid expansion in our team. London remains one of Europe’s leading cities in film, TV, video games, and technology, and we’re pleased to contribute to its booming creative economy.”
“This new studio will serve as the HQ for Territory Studio’s growing, global presence – a new home for our expanding team of creatives,” added Shedon-Hicks. “By investing in new infrastructure and creative talent, we’re aiming to fuel even more growth, tapping into the high level of ingenuity the industry has to offer.”
Territory Studio recently delivered motion graphics and titles work for a range of TV, film, and experiential projects, including The Batman, The Man Who Fell to Earth, Kingdom of Dreams, and an interactive installation for Jurassic World: Dominion.
